The Healthy Home System Trio-1200 induct air purification systems keeps air in the home fresh, clean, and pure. As air enters the Trio, it is filtered with a MERV 13 media air filter cartridge. This pleated 4-inch filter traps particles as small as .3 micron including mold, bacteria, dust, dander, and pollen. After the filter, the air passes through UVC germicidal lamp. This treatment zone is powered by two high-efficiency 24-inch UVC germicidal lamps that neutralize airborne germs, bacteria, viruses, mold, and fungi. The final phase uses patented PRO-Cell technology, our exclusive Photo-Reactive Oxidation process. When the patented aluminum honeycomb cells are exposed to the UVC germicidal light, the PRO-Cell’s extensive surface area transforms odors and VOCs into harmless, odorless water vapor and carbon dioxide.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE
To return an item, use the following steps:
1. Contact us by email to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Returns received outside of this process are subject to delay or refusal.
2. Re-package the item and affix the shipping label as instructed.
3. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip with the package with the RMA# clearly written on it.
4. Make sure you receive a tracking number for the package so there is a way to track the package back to us. Also, if the order was expensive, you may want to consider insuring the package against loss or damage. PartzStop is not responsible for return items damaged in transit.
30 days to return a product, the product must be uninstalled and in factory packaging, warranty claims must be taken up with the manufacturer of the product, a restocking fee will be charged to cover shipping costs if the item shows wear from use or is not returned in the factory packaging, the restocking fee will be higher.
